Everything made at E.M.Strait Design is crafted when a request from a customer is submitted;  No exceptions.  Nothing is created in advance with anticipation of someone buying it in the future.  Regardless of the request you submit, EVERYTHING that I create is customizable regarding things such as dimensions, stain color, and fabric.  Even things like angles regarding seating, or even the amount of splice or rake can be tailored.  Prices will vary depending on choices made, with fabric and wood choice  being the predominant factors.  Listed below are the two main services that I offer.

1) Request for pieces listed on the "projects" page

These pieces can all be built to your dimensions, aside from those listed.  Production time is generally shorter than on a completely custom piece, however you still have choices available to you regarding other things such as stain color and upholstery (pricing may vary).  I can also offer different species of wood to create these projects, which also may alter the price of the piece.

2) Original/"bespoke" design pieces

These projects start with an initial email or phone call to discuss what it is you're exactly looking for.  Taking your dimensions and other requests into consideration, I would then do a few sketches, and modify them until we agree on something that is what you want.  Because of the extra time spent on the design process etc., these pieces tend to be more costly than the items shown on the "projects" page.  I'm completely respectful of everyone's budget, so usually that's where I  prefer to start, and then start drawing up plans from there.
